Refund Policy

You (the customer) may cancel your order for Get Global Solution services advertising services, at no cost to you, at any time before the work is performed. You may cancel your service request via telephone or via our website cancellation of services page. If you cancel advertising services before your ad(s) have been placed on the Internet or sent to you in the case of Facebook drafts, you are entitled to and will receive a prompt 100% refund.

If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with our service, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of payment and get a full refund, in accordance with EU regulations with the exception of services that start before this cooling off period. To cancel an order, please contact tech@get-global.co.uk quoting the Invoice No. you received from Get Global Solutions.

If advertising services have already been performed, please email justin@get-global.co.uk and our accounting team will review your account in the case of a refund request. We, generally speaking, cannot offer refunds once work has commenced on your site/ad(s).

Get Global Solutions Ltd systems will present your ad on the Internet on the web sites agreed to, but in no way guarantees the success or performance of your ad. You are liable for payment to Get Global Solutions Ltd's services rendered to you, regardless of response to your ad(s).
